The diploma paper is based on the standard SIST EN 61010-1, which specifies the safety requirements of electrical equipment for measurement, control and laboratory use. The safety of devices is crucial for the people and the environment, so it has to be ensured and tested. The task consists of two parts - theoretical and practical.
The first part introduces the SIST EN 61010-1 standard, its purpose and its requirements. Next the individual sets are explained in further detail. To ensure the safety of the devices, the prescribed requirements of the standard and test procedures are described.
The second part of the diploma is based on practical implementations. The practical part was carried out in the Metrel, d. d. company, where measuring instruments are manufactured. An example is presented with the CS 3010 device, the purpose of which is the adjustment and calibration of instruments for testing insulation resistance. The sections that represent the theoretical part are related to the practical part. The example is backed up with images, findings, results and problems that may arise during testing.
