The new century and modern society require the introduction of new and more advanced technologies and different approaches to the problem- solving. Humans have a huge amount of knowledge. We must be especially careful that, in addition to enormous progress and discoveries, we also learn to observe the problems that arise at the same time as innovations. Particular emphasis in this part is placed on the risks posed to the environment by rapid human progress. We are not sure if humanity has already reached the point where it can admit that sometimes mistakes also happen and that it is better to give up something that can lead to irreparable consequences. Public participation is an important element of modern society, and this can only be achieved by providing a sufficient amount of true and verifiable information. Every new thing requires a critical evaluation, the result of which is the positive effects it brings, and of which the negative effects must certainly be a part of it, because only in this way can we achieve an objective assessment and reduce possible dangers.
