Abstract
Socialna omrežja posameznike obdajajo na vsakem koraku. Po poti skozi življenje se kot individuumi gibamo v mnogoterih socialnih omrežjih, pa naj bo to v šoli, doma, v prostem času, ob izvajanju hobijev in celo na delu. Pri analizi socialnega omrežja si pomagamo s pojmom socialna opora. Ta nam omogoča, da med akterji v socialnem omrežju zaznamo odnose, ki jih drug do drugega gojijo. Socialno oporo lahko delimo na štiri večje skupine: instrumentalno oporo, informacijsko oporo, emocionalno oporo in druženje. S pomočjo teh skupin v diplomski nalogi obravnavamo socialno omrežje v podjetju Spar Kočevje. Analizo bomo izvedli s pomočjo programa Pajek, s katerim želimo poiskati najpomembnejše akterje – zaposlene v vsakem omrežju, kar nam bosta pokazali meri središčnosti in pomembnosti. Izkaže se, da sta namestnica poslovodje in poslovodja pri večini omrežij najpomembnejši. Posebej presenetljivo je to, da je ravno poslovodja pri emocionalni opori najpomembnejši akter. To nam lahko pove, da je poslovodja pri delu srčna in ji je za delavce mar, kar se odraža na njihovem zaupanju.

Title:Analysis of social network in company Spar Kočevje
Abstract:
Social networks surround individuals in every step they take. During our lifetime we have roles in many social networks, be it at school, at home, in our free time and even at work. When we analyze the social network, we help ourselves with term social support, which allows us to see the relationships between the actors in the social network. Social support can be divided into four major groups: instrumental support, information support, emotional support and socializing. With the help of these groups, we analyze the social network in the company Spar Kočevje. The analysis will be carried out with the help of the Pajek program, with which we want to find the most important actors – employees in each network, which we will achieve with looking at the measures of centrality and importance. We found that the deputy manager and the manager are the most important in most of the networks. It is surprising, that the manager is the most central actor in emotional support network. Based on that, we can conclude that the manager is trustworthy and caring by doing her job.
