Social networks surround individuals in every step they take. During our lifetime we have roles in many social networks, be it at school, at home, in our free time and even at work. When we analyze the social network, we help ourselves with term social support, which allows us to see the relationships between the actors in the social network. Social support can be divided into four major groups: instrumental support, information support, emotional support and socializing. With the help of these groups, we analyze the social network in the company Spar Kočevje. The analysis will be carried out with the help of the Pajek program, with which we want to find the most important actors – employees in each network, which we will achieve with looking at the measures of centrality and importance. We found that the deputy manager and the manager are the most important in most of the networks. It is surprising, that the manager is the most central actor in emotional support network. Based on that, we can conclude that the manager is trustworthy and caring by doing her job.
