Abstract
V vsakem medosebnem odnosu se pojavljajo konflikti, ki so pri vodenju še pogostejši. Učinkovitost reševanja konfliktov je odvisna predvsem od stila vodenja in načina komuniciranja. Proučevali smo, kateri konflikti so v konkretnem lesnem podjetju pri vodenju najpogostejši ter kako jih rešujejo. Predvsem smo se osredotočili na preučevanje učinkovitosti različnih sestankov za reševanje različnih konfliktov. Za raziskavo smo uporabili strukturiran neprikrit vprašalnik z zaprtim tipom vprašanj. Rezultati kažejo, da so odnosi med vodji in ostalimi zaposlenimi zelo dobri. Zanimivo je, da se malo anketirancev strinja s tem, da je konflikt priložnost za odkrivanje novih idej oziroma priložnost za razvoj medsebojnih odnosov. Večina jih meni, da je konflikt le fizično nasilje ali prepir. Ugotovili smo, da se vodje za reševanje konfliktov večinoma odločajo za osebni razgovor na individualnem sestanku. Na osnovi spoznanj iz literature smo predlagali najprimernejše vrste sestanka za različne tipe konfliktov.

Title:Impact of selection of appointment type on conflict solving efficiency in wood company leadership
Abstract:
Conflicts occur in each interpersonal relationship; they are even more common in the leadership. The effectiveness of conflict solving depends primarily on leadership style and method of communication. We researched which conflicts in the management of a concrete wood company are the most common, and how they solve them. In particular, we focused on studying the effectiveness of different appointments to solve various conflicts. We used a structured no disguised questionnaire with closed ended type of questions. The results show that the relations among managers and other employees are very good. It is interesting that few of the respondents agree with the statement that the conflict is an opportunity to explore new ideas or to develop better interpersonal relationships. Most of them believe that the conflict is only physical aggression or dispute. We found out that the leaders tend to opt for a personal interview on an individual appointment to resolve conflicts. Based on the findings in the literature, we proposed the most appropriate types of the appointments for various types of conflicts.
