In this thesis the topic of a new break pedal production using progressive forming tool is presented. The design of the prototype forming tool is discussed using methodical plan and construction of individual forming operations. Computer aided simulations are being increasingly used in the development phase of new products and forming tools, which shortens testing times and reduces production costs. One of the main objecives of this thesis was to develope simulations for four forming operations, that are used to produce the prototype break pedal. With this simulations we analysed stresses and strains that occur during forming of two different materials. Additionally we simulated static loading on the break pedal, which would occur in reality for break acctivation.
