In today's world, data plays a very important role in the cold chain control of perishable food products. Data usually comes from various sensor systems and in different data formats, often collected and stored in files. This is why we have developed an web application that allows easy entry, storage, analysis and visualization of the whole process covering the sensor measurements. It is possible to add and edit parameters related to measurements. Based on the predefined requirements for cold chain food management and on the analysis of the measurements, remaining shelf life is calculated and displayed in the time graph. The application also illustrates any anomalies in data. This thesis describes the process of creating a web application, which we developed with Laravel framework and MySQL database. Graphical user interface is customized for all kind of devices. For purpose of facilitating the testing a data generator was added which enables additional analysis of simulated cold chain events. User management functionality is also included. At the end, the web application was tested with realistic cold chain measurements.
