Awareness of the importance of the influence of the organizational culture on which the organizational climate depends is increasing. The efficiency and effectiveness of the business in achieving the set goals depends on human resources. This is why management is increasingly paying attention to managing organizational culture and climate. In my master's thesis, I was interested in the connection between organizational culture, organizational climate and business performance. The first part of the master's thesis is theoretical, where I compared cognitions from different literature. In the second part, on the basis of the results of measuring organizational vitality and performance in the company at hand, I wanted to determine whether I can prove that organizational climate measurement data correlate positively with the organization's business performance, according to the theory. I have found that there is a positive correlation and at the same time that it is positive in smaller regional units, where the intensity of interpersonal relationships is higher, while in larger regional units it is negative.
