In my thesis, I presented basic boxing techniques, which are suitable especially for those who have never encountered boxing before. The techniques are described in a simple, step-by-step manner and are therefore accessible to anyone. The difficulty of performance can be adjusted to the individual according to age, gender and physical fitness. In the content is listed fundamental boxing equipment and accessories. Basic strikes and combinations are described. In addition, basic defense moves and the most common mistakes made by beginners are described. The material also contains a practical example of training for easier understanding and more comprehensive insight into this sporting discipline. Finally, we added some practical tips on equipment and training. The main purpose of the thesis is to enable beginners to learn and train this sport independently. The thesis project can be of assistance to sports teachers and group exercise instructors who want to introduce boxing or to enrich their physical education classes.
