Krajšanje časa prevzema procesa ogrevalne svečke s senzorjem tlaka

Ne optimizirana proizvodnja v današnjem hitrem svetu za podjetje ne pomeni nič dobrega, zato vsaka strmi k čim hitrejšem proizvajanju izdelkov in dejavnostim, ki so za to potrebne. V zaključni nalogi se ukvarjamo z optimizacijo prevzema procesa ogrevalne svečke s senzorjem tlaka, ki je potreben za zagotavljanje kakovosti izdelkov, ki so narejeni za tem. V nalogi je na kratko predstavljen postopek, po katerem smo s pomočjo metode hitrih menjav in 5S metode skrajšali čas prevzema procesa ter izboljšali delovni proces, obenem pa smo s tem tudi znatno znižali stroške podjetja.

• Title: Reducing takeover process time of glow plugs with pressure sensor

Abstract

Non-optimized manifacturing in today's fast paced world doesn't do any good fort he company, so everyone is striving to produce products and activities that come together with that as quickly as possible. In the final thesis, we are dealing with optimizing the takeover process of glow plugss with pressure sensor which is required to ensure the quality of the products that are made afterwards. Thesis briefly outlines usage of SMED and 5S method. With those two methods we shorten the takeover process time and improved the workflow, while also reducing the company's costs by a large margin.
