If we consider the concept of employing young graduates, we cannot go pass the process of education and contact with future employers. In my diploma work I have focused on complete educational system, practical training of students, the activity of labour market and all other important factors of getting and appropriate job. My diploma work presents an introduction with a theoretical part which includes key words with explanations of subgenre topics. Further, in my empiric part, I have looked for answers on my research questions through a quantitative research method done with five interviews with young graduates of chosen faculties aged from twenty-three to twenty-eight asking questions related to entering a Slovenian labour market. Then through four key research questions I have compared the answers of graduates of both faculties. Through my whole research I have got to the following findings that the main factors of getting the employment a graduate wishes for are practical trainings which employers want and young graduates mainly do not have yet.
