The dissertation deals with the impact of health promotion on the healthy lifestyle of employees. Lifestyle is one of the key factors that promote or inhibit our health. The purpose of my study is to determine what kind of power has the company through health promotion programs to change the lifestyle of employees. The theoretical part explains the concept of health and the factors affecting it and inform us with the broad field of health promotion in the company. We explore its advantages, the legal basis and highlight the key features of well-designed programs. New knowledge and findings from the literature are the basis for setting our key hypotheses. The data for our research in the empirical part were collected by the technique of surveys and interview. Based on the results of the survey, the company through health promotion actually influences employees' lifestyles. We also highlight key components of health promotion that has the most impact on lifestyle changes of employees. At the end, the recommendations for maximizing the impact of health promotion on the healthy lifestyle of employees are given to the company.
