Abstract
V magistrskem delu smo za zagotovitev požarne varnosti rezervoarjev goriv določili hidravlični sistem za požarno vodo s črpališčem morske požarne vode in pripadajočimi črpalkami. Opisali smo splošne ukrepe za zagotavljanje požarne varnosti tovrstnih objektov in pri tem upoštevali zakonodajne zahteve s področja požarne varnosti ter druge predpise in standarde s tega področja. Na podlagi projektnih zahtev smo zasnovali hidravlični sistem požarne vode, ki smo ga uporabili za določitev hidravličnih uporov. Za potrebe določitve ustreznih črpalk smo preračunali hidravlične upore z uporabo lastnega modela in z modelom v programskem paketu PlantFLOW. Ugotovili smo, da se rezultati ujemajo znotraj pričakovanih inženirskih toleranc. Na podlagi pridobljenih rezultatov s hidravličnih analiz smo glede na projektne zahteve določili ustrezen tip črpalk za zagotavljanje požarne varnosti rezervoarjev goriv.

Title:Hydraulic system for fire protection of fuel tanks in an energy plant
Abstract:
In the master's thesis, in order to ensure the fire safety of fuel tanks, we determined a hydraulic system for fire water with sea water pumping stations and associated pumps. We described general measures for ensuring the fire safety of such facilities, taking into account legislative requirements in the field of fire safety and other regulations and standards in this field. On the basis of project requirements, we designed a hydraulic system of fire water, which was used to determine hydraulic resistances. For the needs of determining the appropriate pumps, we calculated the hydraulic resistance in two ways. First, using our own model, and then using the model in the PlantFLOW software package. We found that the results match the expected engineering tolerances. On the basis of the obtained results from the hydraulic analysis, according to the design requirements, we determined the appropriate type of pumps for ensuring the fire safety of fuel tanks.
