The master's thesis deals with the analysis of the influential parameters in the cleaning of the product by means of compressed air. In order to satisfy the customer's cleanliness requirements of the product it is necessary to clean the product throughout the entire manufacturing process and to clean it before packaging using dedicated blow-off devices. The master's thesis provides guidelines for ensuring the technical cleanliness of the product during the process (VDA 19.2 standard), explores the checking of the technical cleanliness in the laboratory (VDA 19.1 standard) and considers the blow-off influential parameters in dedicated blowing devices. Using the experimental design method it was tested and demonstrated how the frequency of air pulsation, the distance of the blow-off nozzle from the product's surface and the pressure in the blowing chamber affect the generated force due to the pulse of the air stream.
