Abstract
V magistrskem delu je prikazana analiza obstoječega sistema planiranja proizvodnje v podjetju, ki se ukvarja s proizvodnjo hidromehanske opreme. Vsako naročilo se na strateškem nivoju planiranja obravnava kot projekt, na operativnem nivoju pa se planiranje izvede po principu načrtovanja materialnih potreb in spremljanja proizvodnje s pomočjo informacijskega sistema za spremljanje proizvodnje. Analiza obstoječega stanja je pokazala vrsto pomanjkljivosti predvsem pri zajemanju realnih podatkov o poteku proizvodnje in njihovemu vplivu na strateški nivo planiranja. Prenovljeni sistem planiranja in vodenja proizvodnje temelji na sodobnih metodologijah projektnega vodenja naročil in pri tem upošteva smernice Industrije 4.0. Rešitve so oblikovane tako, da jih bo mogoče implementirati le s prilagoditvami obstoječega poslovnega informacijskega sistema podjetja.

Title:Project planning and control system reengineering in engineering to order company
Abstract:
In the master's thesis the analysis of the existing production planning system, which is used in the company for production of hydro energetic equipment, is presented. Each order is treated as a project on the strategic level of planning. On the operative level, planning is performed according to the principle of material requirement system and control of the production using manufacturing execution system. The analysis has of the existing condition has shown a lot of downsides, especially when collecting the input data regarding the production progress. Accuracy of collected data have a significant impact on strategic level of planning. The reengineered system of production planning and control is based on modern methodologies of project managed orders. Its concept is based on the paradigm called Industry 4.0. Solutions are created in such way that they can be implemented by reorganising the existing business process information system of the company.
