Public relations are important factor for the success of organizations. The organization must provide the right informations to the public in a timely manner. The main goal of public relations is to create a positive reputation of an organization. The adaption of communication messages to the target group are the specificities of public relations.
The purpose of the research was to determine the responses of clients to different types of communication and advertising of the organization. For reasearch was used survey method. Questionnaries were distirbuted in physical form, as they were filled out by costumers before leaving the oganization. Te results of the research showed that many participants found out for organization via the Jumbo poster. But all of participations found out about it on online. In this context, it has also been shown that costumers are more convinced of online ads than Jumbo poster.
The results have shown that images are the element on ads that the people remember the most. The results of survey confirmed that the participants in the survey are generally satisfied with the organization's advertising. Based on the results, it is recomended that the organization increase online advertising and minimize advertising in print media, as people do not notice them to extend that it was expected.
