An employment relationship represents rights and obligations which are present between employee and employer, which represent mutual respect. Liability for damages in labour law presents an important institute to remedy negative consequences concerning work. Negative consequences can be present either on employee’s or employer's side, for which both can be liable. In my dissertation I focused on core elements of civil liability in connection with employment law.
My dissertation aims to present core elements of employee’s and employer’s liability, with some special characteristics included, mainly through case-law and courts perception of some loss events.
