Implementing lean methods to the process and reorganisation of work are two of the key components, which a company should deploy in order to increase productivity, process flow and efficiency of a production process. In this Master's thesis it is presented in a real, not simulated production process, how through implementation of both key components at the level of an individual workplace increase efficiency and process flow, what is reflected with greater employee satisfaction and efficiency of the entire process. According to the outcomes and the data obtained in the study, the effects of implementing changes are presented. Finally, some recommendations with greater financial investments are given on how to increase productivity and efficiency of the production process.
