This diploma work represent development of the valve, which is used in mobile hydraulics as a part, which allows to control the speed of final hydraulics component. This can be done with variable displacement hydraulic pump, but with this valve is this easily. The valve includes pressure compensator, which maintain constant pressure drop, and through adjustable orifices define displacement that we need.
During the valve development we use programs for creating 3D parts of valve, then we simulate valve and parts with FEA and CFD analysis. Next step included making tehnical documentacion and manufacturing parts of the valve. Valve was practicaly tested on the test bench.
Results that we have obtained and analyzed, have been expected. At the end we represent imporvements and options for the next work.
