In my final degree, I place emphasis on body-art performance, transgender topics, gender norms, providing explanations for my personal art. I strive to elaborate these topics, thus revealing their intertwined character. By disclosing 10 of my own original artworks, the relation between body-art and my artistry is enhanced, further enriched by the incorporation of my body and personal story as a transgender person. In this manner, I interweave authentic art, gender theories, transgender topics with art theory, body-art and consequently aspire to enclose the broadest array of influences that manifest even in my works.
