This diploma thesis provides additional insight into different forms of employment which may be found in our labor market. In the light of the current situation in the market, companies continuously endeavor not only to maintain their position in the market, but also look for ways and methods aimed at overtaking their competitors. Based on differences between companies, which employ workers from the same labor market, some companies are in a better position or have better chances in the recruitment process, since they are able to attract a higher number of candidates than other companies, which, therefore, face growing challenges in the recruitment and selection process. An analysis of employment challenges in the selected company clearly demonstrates the key factors with a major impact on the employment problem in this company. In the case of a positive impact on the identified key factors, the company may decisively improve its situation in the field of employment and, consequently, benefit from improved business results and workflow.
