The present diploma thesis describes the process of optimizing the current manufacture process for increasing the productivity of the automotive keyless-go antenna, with the methods of lean manufacture. The first step was to analyze the current state of the process. After the analysis we pointed out the weaknesses of the current state. We optimized every work place with the intention of eliminating unnecessary movement. We brought up the overall equipment effectiveness of the bottleneck in the production cell. We changed the way of working on every work station indvidualy to working in the work cell. The final result of the optimization was the increas of the productivity for 28,7 %.
