The topic and title of this diploma thesis is “Corporate Identity Redesign of company Frizerstvo Mojca”, since the existing visual identity is no longer in step with the times; it is outdated, so to speak. This diploma thesis is divided into three chapters.
Chapter One is devoted to the theoretical section, which presents the guidelines, design methods and elements of a graphic identity.
The experimental section, which comprises Chapter Two, contains examples of competitive companies and an analysis of said companies. It also includes a presentation of the client and of the existing visual identity. It discusses the reasons for the modernisation and focuses on the planning and realisation of a logotype.
The third section is devoted to results and discussion. This section presents the end results, which include a finished logotype, business card, letterhead and envelope. A new visual identity is also shown on promotional items such as a lighter, notepad, pencil, cup and comb. Stickers for the display window and a signboard have been made as well. All of the above-mentioned items are discussed.
