Abstract
V diplomski nalogi smo analizirali prihranke električne energije v pomivalnem stroju z vgradnjo prenosnika toplote. Zaradi neizkoriščene toplote odpadne vode v pomivalnem stroju imamo večjo rabo električne energije. Te izgube je mogoče delno povrniti z uporabo prenosnika toplote. Izbrana je bila najbolj ustrezna vrsta prenosnika toplote. Na zasnovanem spiralnem prenosniku toplote so bile izvedene simulacije v programu Fluent. Prenosnik toplote je bil izdelan na podlagi rezultatov simulacij. S pomočjo izvedenih meritev prihranka električne energije smo analizirali učinek vgradnje prenosnika toplote za potrebe rekuperacije. Ugotovili smo, da z uporabo spiralnega prenosnika toplote pri enem pranju prihranimo 12,57% električne energije v primerjavi s klasičnim pomivalnim strojem.

Title:Spiral heat exchanger in household appliances
Abstract:
This thesis explores electricity savings in a dishwasher with the installation of a heat exchanger. Due to unused waste water in the dishwasher, we have higher electricity consumption. These losescan be partially recovered using a heat exchanger. The most suitable type of heat exchanger was selected. Simulations in the Fluent program were carried out on the designed spiral heat exchanger. Based on the results of the simulations, the heat exchanger was manufactured. Using the performed measurements of electricity savings we analyzed the effect of installation of a heat exchanger for the needs of recovery. It was found that with the use of a spiral heat exchanger in one washing energy saving would save 12.57% of the electricity compared to a conventional dishwasher.
