Abstract
V delu smo analizirali odziv enolamelne torne sklopke na različne načine vklapljanja. Pregledali smo literaturo in konstruirali sklopko z namenom uporabe na preizkuševališču za sklopke in gonila. Sklopko smo v prvem primeru obremenili s skočno obliko vklopne funkcije in v drugem z linearnim naraščanjem vklopne sile.

Title:Analysis of a single-phase friction clutch
Abstract:
In this paper we analysed responses of a single-phase friction clutch to a different type of load increase. After reviewing the literature we constructed the clutch in order to use it at the clutch and gear testing area. Clutch was engaged with two different types of functions. In the first case we engaged the clutch with step function. This led to the shortest time of clutch engagement. In the second case we engaged clutch with linear function. We found out that if the clutch was engaged at the same time as applied force reached minimum value for engagement, the clutch engagement time was exactly two times longer than the shortest time. On the other hand if the linear applied force for clutch engagement was increasing very slowly the clutch could have been engaged before the force reached minimum necessary value for engagement. In both cases the applied force was increasing from zero to the minimum engagement value.
