Abstract
Cilj dela je poiskati ustrezen postopek in merilno opremo za avtomatizacijo meritev dimenzij kadi pomivalnega stroja DW30 na proizvodni liniji kadi. Potreba po merjenju izhaja iz zagotavljanja kakovosti proizvoda. Naprava mora ustrezati zahtevam naročnika, kar pomeni, da mora biti točna, hitra in robustna ter primerna za industrijsko okolje. V uvodnem delu je najprej navedenih nekaj osnovnih pojmov iz merilne tehnike, katerim sledi predstavitev merjenca in merilnega problema. V nadaljevanju so predstavljene brezkontaktne in kontaktne metode merjenja ter predlagane rešitve z uporabo obstoječih tehnologij na trgu. Brezkontaktne metode so se izkazale za manj primerne, zato so nadaljnja poglavja namenjena predvsem razvoju rešitve z uporabo kontaktnih merilnikov odmika. Razvojni proces zajema strojni in programski del. Na strojnem nivoju je predstavljen 3D-model naprave, ki obsega merilno pripravo in sistem vpenjanja kadi, ter topologija ožičenja s predlaganimi komponentami. V četrtem poglavju je opisan razvoj programske opreme za programirljivi logični krmilnik Siemens S7-1200 in uporabniški vmesnik v okolju LabVIEW. V petem poglavju je predstavljen eksperimentalni sistem in analiza rezultatov, kjer je uporabljen kontaktni merilnik GT2-H50 proizvajalca Keyence. Sledi še poglavje z ugotovitvami.

Title:Automation of dimensional measurements of the DW30 bathtube on the production line
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to find an appropriate procedure and measuring equipment for the automation of dimension measurement of the tub of dishwasher DW30 on the tub production line. The need for measurement originates from quality assurance of the product. The device must meet the customer’s requirements, which means an accurate, fast and robust measuring device suitable for the industrial environment. In the introductory part, first there is a list of basic concepts from the measurement technique, which is followed by a presentation of the object measured and the measuring problem. Hereinafter, non-contact and contact methods of measurement are presented and solutions with the use of existing technologies on the market are proposed. Non-contact methods have proven to be less appropriate, so further chapters are primarily intended to develop solutions using the offset contact meters. The development process covers hardware and software parts. At the hardware level, a 3D model of the device is presented, which includes measuring appliance and a tub mounting system and a wiring topology with the proposed components. In the fourth chapter, there is a description of the software for the programmable logic controller - Siemens S7-1200, and the user interface in the LabVIEW environment. In the fifth chapter, there is a presentation of experimental system and an analysis of the results, using the GT2-H50 contact measuring appliance manufactured by Keyence. Next comes a chapter with findings.
