Abstract
Vadeči so bili razdeljeni v dve skupini: vadbeno in kontrolno.

Title:
Effects of a six week workout program Healthy exercise ABC – program C on the movement skills of elderly women in Center of activities for adults in Fužine
Abstract:
The goal of this assignment was to found out the effects of a six week workout program Healthy exercise ABC – program C on the movement skills of elderly women. The research included 32 individuals, all visitors of Center of activities Fužine (CAF) – center of socializing and other activities for seniors. Movement skills were tested with a series of tests authored by Rikli and Jones (2000), which are intended to examine movement skills of the elderly. The research showed significant statistic results in five tests with the focus group. The only test lacking positive results was ''seated forward bend'', which shows the effect of mobility of knee flexors and hip extensors. Results show that ABC workout improves arm strength the most and that impacts leg and core mobility the least. We can conclude that the effect of a six week exercise program Healthy exercise ABC – program C is only partially effective for women population, as it improves mostly the strength of arm flexors. The reason for that can be found in lower intensities and possibly lesser control of the working load used in workouts.
