Abstract

Title:ANALYSIS OF MOTIVATION FACTORS AND SATISFACTION OF EMPLOYEES AT WORKPLACE IN A SELECTED ORGANIZATION
Abstract:
For each organization, a working group, an employee with his knowledge and motivation is the most important creator. Individual personal requirements in interaction create an atmosphere that is important for both, the individual and the organization. The employer's pressures impair the well-being of employees, they feel powerless, unproductive, experience negative stress and burnout. Employee satisfaction raises the reputation of the organization. It is very important that the organization studies the atmosphere of employees. The purpose of the diploma thesis was to examine the satisfaction of the employees in a selected organization, and the factors that encourage them to work in it, and to explore the interpersonal relationships. The results of the research show that the majority of participants in the survey are motivated enough for their work. It was so confirmed by the fact that cooperation between colleagues is considered professional, but at the same time it has been stressed that there is a lack of interpersonal connections. It would be useful for the organization to organize at least once a year team building for its employees, provide more information, encourage communication among employees and assure more education on interpersonal relationships. The organization should be aware that – to increase employee satisfaction – gradual approach is needed and good quality information should be provided. Employees need to be trusted and felt supported by their superiors. The system of remuneration in the organization must be primarily fair.
