Vpis stanovanjsko poslovnega objekta v kataster stavb : diplomska naloga

V diplomskem delu je predstavljen postopek vpisa stanovanjsko-poslovnega objekta v zemljiški kataster in kataster stavb na podlagi Zakona o evidentiranju nepremičnin in na njenih podzakonskih aktih. Podrobno so opisane metode in izmere zemljišča pod stavbo in stavbe same. Praktični del naloge obsega opis celotnega postopka evidentiranja zemljišča pod stavbo in vpis objekta v kataster stavb. Prikazana sta oba elaborata za vpis v ustrezne evidence.

• Title: Entry of the residential-business building in the cadastral of buildings : graduation thesis

Abstract

This diploma thesis presents the procedure for registration of a residential-business building in the land cadastre and cadastral of buildings on the basis of the Property Registration Act and other implementing regulations. The methods and measurements of the land under the building and the building itself are described in detail. The practical part of the diploma comprises a description of the entire process of registering the land under the building and the entry of the building into the building cadastre. Both expert's detail reports for the relavant records are included.
