IZBOLJŠAVE STORITEV PORTALA E-VEM V POVEZAVI Z ZDRAVSTVENIM ZAVAROVANJEM

Abstract
E-VEM je državni portal za poslovne subjekte in samostojne podjetnike. Namenjen je gospodarskim družbam in samostojnim podjetnikom, pomemben del storitev portala pa pokriva področje, ki ureja obvezna socialna zavarovanja. Gre za portal, ki naj bi olajšal delo uslužbencem v javni upravi kakor tudi zasebnemu sektorju, saj zagotavlja storitve na enem mestu. Cilj naloge je analizirati in prenoviti izbran upravni postopek, ki otežuje delodajalcem, javnim uslužbencem ter posledično napotenim delavcem učinkovito upravno storitev in pri tem uporabiti informacijsko tehnologijo. Na podlagi analize želimo prikazati pomanjkljivosti portala in predlagati nadgradnjo portala e-VEM za storitve v povezavi z zdravstvenim zavarovanjem v zvezi z napotenimi delavci. S tem bomo prispevali k hitrejšemu in kvalitetnejšemu delu javnih uslužbencev na ZZZS-ju ter prihranili nepotrebne poti vsem, ki ta obrazec potrebujejo. S tem želimo glede na odpravo administrativnih ovir v zvezi z vprašalnikom za delodajalce in obrazcem A1 skrajšati, poenostaviti in nadgraditi postopek. Cilj je tudi pripraviti predlog za realizacijo izboljšave na portalu e-VEM tako, da bi uporabnikom ta portal omogočal novo dodatno e-storitev in tako prihranil čas.

Title:SERVICE IMPROVEMENT OF THE E-VEM PORTAL IN RELATION TO HEALTH INSURANCE
Abstract:
E-VEM is a state portal for business entities and entrepreneurs. Because it is meant for business companies and entrepreneurs, an important part of the portal covers an area that deals with obligatory social insurance. The portal is supposed to facilitate work for employees in public administration as well as employees in public sector because it enables a variety of services in one place. The aim of my thesis is to analyse and renew, with the help of information technology, the chosen administrative procedure that makes an administrative service difficult for employers, public servants and consequently referred workers. On the basis of the analysis, we would like to show the flaws of the portal and suggest the upgrade of the e-VEM portal for the services connected with health insurance for referred workers, thus contributing to faster and more efficient work of public servants at ZZZS (Board of Health Insurance of Slovenia) with easy access to the required A1 form. With the aim of removing administrative obstacles regarding the questionnaire for employers and the form A1 we would like to shorten, simplify and upgrade the procedure. Our aim is to suggest improvements of the e-VEM portal to enable users to access an additional service and save time.
