Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava problematiko stresa in predstavlja možne ukrepe, kako se z njim spopadati v izbranem telekomunikacijskem podjetju. Stres je naraven odziv telesa na dogodke, ki so zanj negativni in posameznika ogrožajo ter ga spravijo iz vsakdanjih tirnic njegovega življenja. Razlog za izbiro naslova temelji na tem, da smo želeli preveriti stopnjo oziroma raven stresa, s katerim se vsak dan spopadajo zaposleni v izbranem telekomunikacijske podjetju, raziskati, kako se spoprijemajo s stresom in katere tehnike uporabljajo, da raven stresa znižujejo, ter tudi katere ukrepe ponuja podjetje pri spopadanju s stresom. Cilj diplomskega dela je sprva na podlagi teorije predstaviti pojem stresa in ukrepe za spopadanje z njim, nato pa na podlagi anketnega vprašalnika preveriti, koliko zaposleni v izbranem telekomunikacijskem podjetju uporabljajo ukrepe proti stresu. Na podlagi raziskave izvedemo vpogled v prisotnost stresa na delovnem mestu in pojasnimo, kako zaposleni prepoznavajo prisotnost stresa in proti njemu tudi ustrezno ukrepajo. Z metodo kompilacije se bodo povzela navajanja avtorjev, ki pišejo o stresu, spoprijemanje s stresom in ukrepi za zmanjševanje prisotnosti stresa pri posamezniku, hkrati pa bo izvedena raziskava na temo stresa in njegove prisotnosti pri opravljanju dela v izbranem telekomunikacijskem podjetju. Preverilo se bo, kateri dejavniki na zaposlene vplivajo tako, da jim povzročajo dodaten stres, kako se ta stres izraža pri njih, kako se z njim spoprijemajo sami ter kako ga obvladujejo. Preverilo se bo tudi mnenje zaposlenih, kako po njihovem mnenju vodstvo in kadrovski oddelek ukrepata, da zmanjšujeta stresne dejavnike pri opravljanju dela agenta. Na podlagi pridobljenih podatkov se ugotovi, da največji stres pri zaposlenih v kontaktnem centru nastaja zaradi pomanjkanja počitka in prostih dni ter hkrati zaradi prenizkega plačila v povezavi z zahtevami, ki jih nadrejeni zahtevajo od njih. Zaposleni tudi niso seznanjeni z ukrepi oziroma jim ti niso na voljo.

Title:RESEARCH OF STRESS IN THE MEASURE FOR ITS PREVENTION IN A TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the issue of stress and presents possible measures how to cope with the latter in a selected telecommunications company. Stress is seen as a natural response of the body to events that are negative for him and threaten an individual, and they put you out of the everyday life of its rails. The reason for selecting a title based on the fact that we want to check the degree or level of stress to which every day facing employees in selected telecommunications company, how to cope with stress, which techniques benefit the stress level decrease, as well as what measures provides enterprise to cope with stress. The aim of the thesis was initially based on the theory presented the concept of stress and measures to deal with it, the latter check on the basis of a questionnaire, how to make use of the measures employed selected telecommunications companies. On the basis of the conducted research, we take an insight into the presence of stress at the workplace, and in what way the employees recognize the presence of stress and take appropriate action against them. The method of compilation will summarize the authors' quotes on the topic of stress, tackling stress and measures to reduce the stress of an individual and at the same time a research on the topic of stress and its presence in performing a job in a selected telecommunication company will be carried out. It will be examined which factors affect the employees in this way, to give them additional stress, how this stress is expressed in them, how they are faced with the latter, and how they control it. The employees' opinion will also be examined, in their opinion, the management and the staff department will take action to reduce the stress factors in the performance of the agent's work. On the basis of the acquired data, it is established that the greatest stress among the employees in the contact center is due to the lack of rest and free days, and at the same time also from the under-payment in connection with the requirements of which the superiors demand from them. Employees are also not aware of the measures or are not available for consultation.
