Abstract
Diplomsko delo obravnava razmeščanje delovnih mest v novem objektu za proizvodnjo senčil. V uvodu so predstavljene teoretične osnove planiranja proizvodnje, analize toka materiala ter opis notranjega transporta in stroškov. V nadaljevanju je v teoriji prikazana Schmigallova modificirana trikotna metoda po kateri se v programu VisTABLE izvaja razmeščanje delovnih mest na novem načrtu proizvodnje. Delovna mesta so po tej metodi razmeščena tako, da sledijo toku izdelave izdelka. Transportne poti, ki povezujejo posamezna delovna mesta, so kratke in usmerjene. Po tej metodi razmeščanja delovnih mest se v podjetju pojavijo za 36 % nižji transportni stroški in za 39 % krajše transportne poti v primerjavi z obstoječim objektom.

Title:The placements of work places for the shading production
Abstract:
The diploma thesis discusses the placement of work places in a new facility for the shading production. The introduction presents theoretical basics of production planning, material flow analysis, and a description of internal transport and costs. In the theory is described also the Schmigalla modified triangle method, according to which placement of work places in a new facility is carried out in the software program VisTABLE. Based on this method the workplaces are positioned to follow the optimal material flow of the product. Transport routes that connect individual work places are short and direct. According to this method, transport costs are 36 % lower and transport routes 39 % shorter compared to the existing facility.
