Industry is shifting its focus to engineer to order process, which brings along the need for project management to be a part of the existing enterprise resource planning system. This master's thesis discusses issues of project management module implementation into the existing SAP ERP system. The first part of master's thesis consists of presentation of commercial solution for project management module. The second part presents module implementation process on a practical example, from listing organizational structure processes to final solution of module structure and choosing appropriate functionalities for portfolio management, program management, project management and arranged initiative collection for the chosen practical example. In the third part we analyse pros and cons of implemented system and we run a SWOT analysis.
