Optimiranje granulacije in vpliva na okolje pri izkoriščanju tehničnega kamna z uporabo elektronskega inicialnega sistema

Abstract
V magistrski nalogi sem se posvetila problematiki, ki jo povzroča izkoriščanje tehničnega kamna ter podala nekatere ukrepe za zmanjšanje vpliva miniranja na okolje. V magistrski nalogi bom predstavila kamnolom Solkan, podjetja Salonit Anhovo, Kamnolomi, d.o.o.. V kamnolomu Solkan se izvaja dejavnost, kot je miniranje, ki v določeni meri prispeva k negativnim vplivom na okolje. V ta namen smo za zmanjšanje seizmičnih vplivov prvič v Sloveniji uporabili elektronski inicialni sistem. Elektronski inicialni sistem poleg izboljšanja seizmičnega vpliva zagotavlja tudi ustreznejšo granulacijo. Za izvajanje miniranja minskih polj smo najprej izvedli miniranje ene vrtine z eno polnitvijo. Poleg miniranja ene vrtine smo izvedli meritve seizmičnega učinka z seizmografi; seizmograf Minimate Plus, seizmograf Micromate, seizmograf Blastmate III na šestih različnih lokacijah. Meritev smo uporabili v programu BlastingSolutions podjetja Austin Powder Company in program Blastware podjetja Instantel za izračun zakasnilnih časov, katere smo kasneje uporabili pri miniranju minskih polj. Meritve seizmičnih vplivov minskih polj so se izvajale na najbolj problematični točki pri stanovanjski hiši Skalniška cesta 8 (stara). Meritve se je izvajalo z merilno napravo Blastmate III podjetja Instantel. Meritve granulacije odminiranega materiala se je izvajalo z merilno opremo, ki je obsegala osebni mobilni telefon z vgrajeno kamero resolucije 13MP, merilo (meter) v dolžini 100 cm in programsko opremo WipFrag, podjetja WipWare.

Title:Granulation optimization and reduction of the environmental impact of technical stone extraction with use of electronic initiation system
Abstract:
In my master's thesis, I represent problems caused by the exploitation of a technical stone. I also introduced some measures to reduce the impact of mining on the environment. As an example, I presented the quarry Solkan, which is owned by company Salonit Anhovo, Kamnolomi, d.o.o. The quarry Solkan run activitys such as mining, which contributes certain negative environmental effects. In order to reduce seismic effects to the environment, we use an electronic initiation system. This was also the first known use of an electronic initial system in Slovenia. Another advantage of the electronic initiation system is that the use of that kind of system also provides better granulation. In order to perform mining of minefields, we first perform the blasting of the signature hole with one charge. During the blasting of the signature hole, we use seismographs to measure seismic mining effects. We perform measurements with the seismograph Minimate Plus, seismograph Micromate and seismograph Blastmate III on six different locations. The results of measurements were used for the calculation of delay times, which were calculated in the program BlastingSolutions from the company Austin Powder Company and in the program Blastware from the company Instantel. The calculations of delay times were later used for the mining of minefields. The measurements of the seismic effects of minefields were carried out at the most problematic point at the residential house at Skalniška cesta 8 (old). Measurements were carried out with the seismograph Blastmate III from the company Instantel. The measurements of the granulation of material were carried out with measuring equipment, which included a personal mobile phone with a 13MP resolution camera, a scale in length of 100 cm and the WipFrag software from the company WipWare.
