Abstract
Nogomet je moštvena športna igra, ki spada v skupino sestavljenih športov. To pomeni, da igra nogometa vsebuje večje število tehničnih in taktičnih elementov z žogo in brez nje. Več kot jih bo posamezni igralec obvladal, boljši bo in lažje bo dosegel medsebojno usklajenost z drugimi soigralci. Večja usklajenost med soigralci pa ustvarja podlago za večje možnosti rezultatskega uspeha moštva. Poleg tehnično-taktične priprave na rezultat v nogometu vplivata tudi kondicijska in psihološka priprava. Zato je smiselno predvidevanje, da bodo v nogometu uspešnejše tiste ekipe, ki bodo uspele vsa omenjena področja razviti na najvišjo možno raven. Nogometna igra v napadu je sestavljena iz prehoda iz obrambe v napad, priprave napada in zaključka napada, katerega glavni cilj je doseči zadetek. Za dosego zadetka je potrebno veliko medsebojne usklajenosti in tehnično-taktičnega znanja igralcev. Zato se je potrebno zavedati, kako pomembno je trenerjevo poznavanje in razumevanje vsebin nogometne igre ter zakonitosti njenega poučevanja. Namen diplomskega dela je bilo čim bolj široko in podrobno opredeliti področje nogometne igre v napadu, predstaviti pomembnost poznavanja, upoštevanja in povezovanja različnih dejavnikov v procesu učenja nogometne igre ter oblikovati nove smernice za kakovostno in učinkovito učenje ter razvijanje nogometne igre v napadu. V diplomskem delu je predstavljena posodobljena metodična lestvica za učenje in razvijanje taktičnih znanj nogometne igre v napadu. S posredovanjem vaj v pravilnem zaporedju bo proces učenja in razvijanja nogometne igre v napadu hitrejši in učinkovitejši. V metodični lestvici sta združena dva pomembna kriterija – vsebina in postopnost vadbe – kar je ključni razlog za večjo uporabnost in učinkovitost vadbenega procesa. Na podlagi izkušenj dela z mladimi in odraslimi skupinami kakovostnih ter vrhunskih nogometašev so teoretična in znanstvena izhodišča nazorno povezana s praktičnimi.

Title:Teaching and development of football play in the attacking phase
Abstract:
Football is one of the most played team sports in the world. The game itself consists of various technical and tactical elements with and without the ball. That is the reason we can classify it as a complex team sport. Mastering these game elements on individual level – as a player – and as a team plays a big role on how successful the team is, but it’s not the only important part in football. Good physical and psychological preparation is also a key for success. We can assume that the best teams achieve highest level of technical and tactical skill combined with excellent physical and psychological preparation. The attacking phase of the game consists of: transition from defense to attack, preparation of the attack, and execution with the objective of scoring a goal. A great deal of harmony and tactical-technical knowledge is essential for achieving success in the execution of a football attack and that is why the role of a quality coaching is so important. The purpose of this thesis is to provide detailed information about attacking phase in a football play, emphasizing the importance of understanding the key factors in the process of teaching and providing new guidelines of quality and efficient learning process for future sport experts. By coaching the exercises in the correct sequence, the process of learning and developing a football game in attack will be faster and more effective. For this purpose, this thesis presents an updated methodical procedure for learning and developing tactical skills of the football game in the attack phase, with emphasis on two important parts – meaning and progression of the exercises. Experience in teaching youth and excellent football players allows me to link scientific and theoretic guidelines with practical knowledge.
