Zasnova procesnega vodenja za linijo za hladno stiskanje živalske hrane

Uvedba nove proizvodne linije z novimi tehnologijami je zahteven proces. Pri hladnem stiskanju živalske krme je potrebno uskladiti postavitev opreme s samim delovanjem linije oz. procesa. Vsaka proizvodna linija je edinstvena in zato je potrebno vsako zasnovati učinkovito, enostavno ter z možnostjo predelave/nadgradnje. V diplomskem delu je predstavljena zasnova procesnega vodenja za novo proizvodno linijo pelet. Za potrebe naročnika smo izdelali celoten projekt proizvodne linije pelet živalske krme in ob enem uskladili tehnologijo s sistemom procesnega vodenja tako, da ustreza standardom in predpisom.

• Title: The design of process control for cold pressing line for animal feed

Abstract

Introduction of a new production line with new technologies is a challenging process. In the case of cold pressing of animal feed it is necessary to coordinate the installation of the equipment with the operation of the production line or process. Each production line is unique and needs to be designed efficiently, simply and with the possibility of transformation or upgrade. This bachelor thesis presents the concept of process control for the new pellet production line. For the client's needs, we have developed a complete project of the production line of animal feed pellets and at the same time harmonized the technology with the process control system in accordance with the standars and regulations.
