Abstract
Proces 3D tiskanja se je izkazala kot odlična metoda za izdelavo prototipov, zato se sedaj počasi uveljavlja tudi za maloserijsko proizvodnjo. Pri konstruiranju izdelkov za maloserijsko 3D tiskano proizvodnjo je potrebno upoštevati materialne, procesne in konstrukcijske omejitve. V delu smo uredili in predstavili smernice za konstruiranje z aditivnimi tehnologijami. Problem pri izdelavi funkcionalnih polimernih zobnikov je v tem, da ima večina materialov premajhno žilavost in odpornost na povišane temperature. Z aditivno tehnologijo se prav tako izdeluje nadomestne kose, s katerimi se lahko hitro in nizko stroškovno nadomesti prvotne kose, ki ne služijo več svoji funkciji.

Title:Design, adapted for 3D printing
Abstract:
3D printing process has been proven as a great method for producing prototypes so now it is slowly being applied to small batch production. Designing parts for small batch production has to take into account material, process and construction specific limitations. In this work a condensed review of additive technologies, materials and guidelines for construction is presented. Problem with manufacturing functional polymer sprockets lies in poor toughness and poor high temperature resistance. Spare parts can also be made with additive technology, which can quickly and with low cost replace parts that don't serve their functions anymore.
