Abstract
Stožčasta mozniška zveza se uporablja v industriji strojegradnje večjih postrojenj, s takšno izvedbo se drastično poceni postopek izdelave in montaže. Za klasično mozniško zvezo že obstajajo standardi izračuna trajno dinamične trdnosti DIN 743 in FKM. Za stožčasto zvezo pa je pomembna določitev koeficienta dinamičnega zareznega učinka na gredi, ki je najbolj izpostavljen del zveze. Za gred se naredi numerične analize, določi omenjeni koeficient v kritičnih prerezih, numerični model se potrdi z analitičnimi rezultati. Rezultat je po vsebini primerljiv s standardnim preračunom za klasično zvezo.

Title:Analysis of conical key joint
Abstract:
Conical key joint is commonly used in the mechanical engineering industry of larger plants because this solution is cheap and easy to install. There already exists FKM and DIN 743; standards calculating livespan of dynamicaly loaded parts that have classical key joint. For connical key connection it is of utmost importance to determine the factor of dinamical notch effect on shaft which is the most exposed part. Numerical analysis are conducted to determine the notch coeficient in the critical areas. Results of stresses are verified through analitical solutions. We observe that existing standards could be used for the connical key joint.
