Abstract
Diplomsko delo obsega razvoj in posledično tudi realizacijo naprave, katera omogoča varno opravljanje 4-žične meritve upornosti. Le-ta pride v poštev pri merjenju obratovalnih temperatur transformatorjev, motorjev in podobnih navitij, ki so vgrajena v različnih napravah. Taki sklopi pri normalnem obratovanju zaradi varnosti namreč ne smejo preseči določenih temperaturnih meja, zato je ključna natančna in zanesljiva metoda, ki zagotovi pravilne izsledke. Pri opravljanju omenjene meritve je bistveno, da se med obratovanjem naprave meritev ne izvaja, saj bi to pomenilo uničenje merilnega inštrumenta. Zaradi tega dejstva je bil namen tega dela zagotovitev varnega načina izvajanja meritve z vidika merilne opreme. Na začetku dela je predstavljeno ozadje standardizacijskih in testnih postopkov, iz katerih izhaja potreba po napravi. Nato sledi obrazložitev same meritve, katera je krmiljena s pomočjo naprave in njen pomen. V osrednjem delu je predstavljena zgradba, komponente in delovanje same naprave, v zadnjem delu pa je poleg primera meritve transformatorja z uporabo naprave krajše predstavljen tudi vpliv induciranih napetosti.

Title:Design and implementation of a 4 wire resistance measuring device
Abstract:
This thesis addresses the development and subsequent realization of a device, which enables a safe method of carrying out 4-wire resistance measurements. Within the scope of this work, such a method is needed in measuring temperatures of functioning transformers or similar coils installed in various devices. Such power delivery systems must not exceed certain temperature limits in normal operating conditions due to safety factors, which is why a precise and reliable method that guarantees correct results is needed. In carrying out of the mentioned measurement method, it is crucial that the measurement itself is not under way, while the measured device is operating as this would result in the destruction of the measuring instrument. Due to this fact, the goal of this thesis was to assure a safe way of conducting the measurement method. The beginning consists of an explanation of standardization and testing procedures, which dictate the need for such a device. This is followed by a summary and the meaning of the measurement itself which is controlled by the developed device. The main part contains a presentation of the assembly, components and functionality of the device, while the latter part contains a presentation of measurement of a transformer along with a short explanation of induced voltages.
