Inspection supervision is respect of laws, regulation acts and to have supervision over their executions. It is arranged beside sectoral regulation also ZIN and ZUP. The main goal of ZIN is to alow efficient control or supervison over respect of regulations, interests of both citizens, collective interest and also legal advantage of individuals. In Croatia function of inspection is edit by individual acts for individual field – there's no common legislation. In analysis is treated importance and effect of training of inspectors in Slovenia and the modernisation of public administration in comparison to Croatia and concerning legal base as ZIN, ZUP, ZP-1 and ZJU. Trainings are considered on Administrative academy, intended for inspectors, in comparison to Croatia. In analysis I was looking into average mark according to the type of training, what is influences participants more, as how they took part in training by reference of a superior or according to own assessment, also successfulness and futility at state qualifying examinations for inspector and objections on handed assessment during a period of years. Results of research confirmed all stated hypotheses with the help of made research in empirical part where participants are influence in average better in workshop, they are taking part in trainings by reference of a superior, trainings are the same for all participants – the same target group and the state qualifying examination for inspectors is more than 70% successful for candidates and without objections on assessment. With contribution public will be informed about trainings of inspectors – physical and legal people, that engage in inspections in Slovenia or Croatia and familiarised them with education training.
