Abstract
Magistrsko delo obravnava dodelavo konstrukcije 3D tiskalnika, ki deluje na principu stereolitografije. Za dobro in zanesljivo delovanje tiskalnika je potrebna pravilna izbira ter prilagoditev različnih komponent. Opisana je izbira in montaža visoko zmogljivega projektorja DLP ter izbor, montaža in prilagoditev elektronskih komponent za pogon z-osi in krmiljenje tiskalnika. Izdelali smo ohišje za projektor in nosilce za preostale komponente. Določili smo natančnost in ponovljivost z-osi in ugotovili, da največji odstop lege mizice znaša 0,06 mm. Poiskali smo najustreznejše parametre tiskanja in uspešno natisnili testne izdelke ter mikromešalnik. Najmanjša izdelana oblika je imela dimenzije pod 0,1 mm.

Title:Implementation of z-axis drive and testing of DLP stereolithography machine
Abstract:
In this thesis, the completion of a stereolithographic printer construction is presented. For a good and reliable functionality of the printer, the correct choice and adjustment of the various components is required. Thesis describes the choice and installation of a high-performance DLP projector and the selection, installation and adjustment of electronic components for z-axis operation and printer control. We built a housing for the projector and brackets for mounting the remaining components. The z-axis accuracy and repeatability was measured and found that the maximum deviation of the position of the printing table is 0.06 mm. Further on, we found the most appropriate printing parameters and successfully printed the test parts and the micromixer. The smallest printed feature had dimensions below 0.1 mm.
