Abstract
V današnjih časih je močno v porastu prodaja električnih koles. Klasičnih dvokolesnikov z električnim pogonom je na tržišču že veliko in so namenjena predvsem lastni uporabi. Kolesa, namenjena turistični panogi, pa so še vedno zelo redka in so gnana predvsem z močnejšimi elektromotorji ali le fizično, preko voznika, v kategoriji pedelec pa jih praktično ni. Izdelek je zasnovan po metodičnih korakih konstruiranja po smernicah VDI 2221. Zajeti so vsi koraki metodike konstruiranja z možnostjo ponovitve posameznega koraka v primeru neprimernega rezultata. Upoštevani so standardi o kolesih pedelec in varnostni standardi koles. Konstrukcija kolesa konstrukcijskega procesa je trikolesno kolo pedelec, ki vsebuje zaščito pred padavinami in možnost dodatnega napajanja baterije s sončnimi celicami. Rezultati so preverjeni z napetostno analizo.

Title:
Development of frame structure for electric bicycle
Abstract:
Nowadays the sale of electric bicycles is on the rise. There are a lot of classic bicycles with electric propulsion on the market and they are mostly intended for personal use. On the other hand, bicycles for tourism purposes are rare and are mostly powered by powerful electric motors or by the user’s physical strength only, and there are practically none in the pedelec category. The product in question has been designed following methodological construction steps in accordance with the VDI 2221 guidelines. All steps of the engineering design process have been included, with the possibility of repeating a step if the result is inconsistent. Pedelec and bicycle safety standards have been applied. The result of this construction process is a pedelec tricycle, with protection against precipitation and the possibility of alternative battery charging via solar panels. The results have been analysed using stress analysis.
