Načrtovanje in izdelava stroja za sestavljanje plastičnih brizg

V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno načrtovanje in izdelava stoja za sestavljanje plastičnih brizg. V začetnem delu je opisan stroj in njegovo delovanje. V nadaljevanju so predstavljeni glavni gradniki, ki smo jih uporabili za želeno delovanje. Opisana je tudi izdelava elektro krmilne omare z glavnimi komponentami. V glavnem delu je predstavljen krmilni zaslon Beckhoff CP6606, konfiguracija v programskem okolju TwinCAT 2 in programski del z uporabniškim vmesnikom. V zaključnem delu sledi še opis izdelave elektro načrta v programu WSCAD SUITE.

• Title: Design and development of the syringe assembly machine

Abstract

This thesis describes the process of engineering a machine for assembly of plastic syringes. The first chapter explains the concept of the machine and how it operates. Following that is a presentation of the main components that were selected for the desired activity. Next, the assembly of the control enclosure and its main compontents are described in detail. In the main chapter, the control panel Beckhoff CP6606 is presented along with the configuration setup using TwinCAT 2 software and the control program with user interface. The last chapter describes the process of creating the electrical documentation using WSCAD SUITE software.
