Abstract
Stres na delovnem mestu predstavlja (za organizacije in posameznika) velik izziv današnjega časa, saj vpliva na zdravje in zadovoljstvo posameznika na eni strani ter na uspešnost organizacije na drugi strani. Pomembno je, da se organizacije zavedajo resnosti tega pojava in izvajajo ustrezne ukrepe proti stresu, saj na ta način skrbijo za dobro počutje svojih zaposlenih, ki so neločljivo povezani z uspešnostjo in učinkovitostjo organizacije. Cilj naloge je bil ugotoviti kritične dejavnike stresa, ki se pojavljajo na delovnih mestih v Javnem skladu Republike Slovenije za kulturne dejavnosti ter predlagati izboljšave za odpravljanje posledic stresa, obenem pa predstaviti ranljive skupine, ki so bolj dovzetne za stres. Raziskava je pokazala, da na delavce najbolj negativno vplivajo naslednji dejavniki: obseg dela, časovna stiska, premajhna plača, možnost napredovanj, odsotnost nagrajevanja in nadurno delo. Pri tem so rezultati pokazali minimalne razlike v doživljanju stresa pri moških in ženskah ter starejših in mlajših zaposlenih. Pri pisanju diplomskega dela je bila uporabljena deskriptivna metoda dela s študijem domače in tuje literature, z metodo analize in anketnega vprašalnika pa je bilo ugotovljeno trenutno stanje prisotnosti stresa v JSKD. Iz analize stanja in pridobljenih rezultatov lahko vodstvo organizacije opravi še bolj poglobljeno analizo kritičnih dejavnikov, ki najbolj povzročajo stres pri zaposlenih, ter tako razvije sistem rešitev, s katerimi bi prisotnost stresnih dejavnikov zmanjšali. Pri tem bi bilo smiselno, da bi več pozornosti namenili tistim skupinam zaposlenih, ki učinke stresa občutijo močneje. S tovrstnimi ukrepi bi se organizacija lahko uspešno izognila škodljivim posledicam, ki jih prinaša stres na delovnem mestu, s tem pa bi poskrbela za dvojno korist. Zaposleni bi na svojih delovnih mestih predstavljali bolj zdravo, operativnejšo in učinkovitejšo delovno silo, zaradi katere bi organizacija občutila večjo poslovno korist in izboljšane delovne rezultate v poslovanju.

Title:THE PRESENCE OF STRESS AT THE WORKPLACE IN THE PUBLIC FUND FOR CULTURAL ACTIVITIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA
Abstract:
Stress at workplace presents (for organizations and individuals) the biggest challenge of modern times, because it impacts on health and satisfaction of individuals on one side and success of the organization on the other side. It is important that organizations are aware of seriousness of this phenomenon and implement appropriate measures in fighting against stress and in this manner take care of their employees’ welfare that is inseparably connected to success and efficiency of the organization. Aim of this paper is to find critical factors of stress that are present at workplace in the Republic of Slovenia Public Fund for Cultural Activities and to propose improvements for amelioration of stress effects and at the same time presenting vulnerable groups that are more prone to stress. Research has shown that mayor negative impacts on workers have following factors: amount of work, tight time limits, low pay, bad promotion prospects, lack of incentives, and overtime work. Results have shown minimal differences in perception of stress between men and women, or old and young employees. In writing this graduation paper descriptive method of work with study of national and foreign literature has been used; while with the method of analysis and survey questionnaire the actual state of stress in JSKD has been established. From the analysis of current state and obtained results, management of the organization can make even more in-depth analysis of critical factors that have mayor impact on employees’ stress and develops system of solutions for reduction of stress factors. More concern should be given to those groups of employees that experience stronger effects of stress. With such measures the organization could successfully avoid harmful effects, produced by stress at workplace, thus getting double benefits: employees would present healthier, more operative and efficient workforce at their workplace, resulting in enhanced business benefits and improved efficiency of work in activities of the organization.
