Analiza prostorskih in materialnih pogojev za izvajanje dodatne strokovne pomoči v vrtcih

Magistrsko delo je osredotočeno na prostorske in materialne pogoje za izvajanje dodatne strokovne pomoči v sedmih vrtcih podravske regije. V teoretičnem delu naloge smo predstavili zakonske in podzakonske akte, ki urejajo področje predšolske vzgoje otrok s posebnimi potrebami v Sloveniji, programe, v okviru katerih se izvaja predšolska vzgoja in izobraževanje otrok s posebnimi potrebami, dodatno strokovno pomoč in mobilno specialno pedagoško službo, s pomočjo katere se najpogosteje izvaja dodatna strokovna pomoč v vrtcih. V nadaljevanju smo nekaj besed namenili inkluziji in delovnemu zadovoljstvu. V magistrskem delu smo oblikovali ocenjevalno lestvico, s katero smo ugotavljali stanje prostorskih in materialnih pogojev za izvajanje dodatne strokovne pomoči v sedmih vrtcih, ki so s podpisom soglasja izrazili strinjanje o raziskovanju v svoji vzgojno-varstveni organizaciji. Ocenjevalne lestvice so reševale mobilne izvajalke dodatne strokovne pomoči, ki le-to izvajajo v izbranih vrtcih. Dobljeni rezultati so bili statistično obdelani, zbrane podatke pa smo predstavili tabelarno in opisno. Ugotovili smo, da ne obstajajo statistično pomembne razlike med vrtci oz. njihovimi enotami v zagotavljanju primernih prostorskih pogojev (naravna svetloba, možnost zračenja, ogrevanost, ipd.) za izvajanje dodatne strokovne pomoči, obstajajo pa statistično pomembne razlike v zagotavljanju materialnih pogojev za izvajanje dodatne strokovne pomoči. Prav tako rezultati kažejo, da so izvajalke dodatne strokovne pomoči mnenja, da so prostori, v katerih izvajajo dodatno strokovno pomoč, slabše opremljeni kot preostali prostori vrtca oz. posameznih enot vrtcev. Izvajalke dodatne strokovne pomoči poročajo tudi o potrebah po boljši opremljenosti prostorov z osnovnim higienskim materialom (robčki, milo, dezinfekcijska sredstva). Na podlagi dobljenih rezultatov smo v okviru magistrskega dela oblikovali priporočila za vrtce, ki vključujejo povratne informacije izvajalk dodatne strokovne pomoči, o prostorskih in materialnih pogojih, s katerimi so v vrtcih zadovoljne, in o tistih, za katere menijo, da bi jih morali izboljšati.

• Title: Analysis of spatial and material conditions for additional professional assistance in nurseries

Abstract

This master’s thesis is focusing on space and material requirements for the implementation of additional professional assistance in preschools. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we described the legal acts regulating preschool education of special needs children in Slovenia, the programmes that organize preschool education of special needs children, the additional professional assistance, and the mobile special educational service which usually offers assistance in preschools. We also discussed inclusion and work satisfaction. In the empirical part of the thesis, we developed a new grading scale which helped us determine the state of space and material requirements for the implementation of additional professional assistance in seven preschools which agreed to cooperate in researching their educational organization. The grading scale was filled out by specialized professionals who offer their assistance to these preschools. We then statistically processed the results and presented them in tables and descriptions. We determined that there are no statistically important differences between preschools when it comes to ensuring appropriate space requirements for the implementation of additional professional assistance. However, there are considerable statistical differences in ensuring material requirements for the implementation of additional professional assistance. The results also show that professionals believe that the areas for additional professional assistance are not as well equipped as other areas of preschools. They also report that there is often a lack of basic health products (e.g. wipes, soap, disinfectants) in preschools. Based on these results, we prepared guidelines for preschools and included information about positive and negative aspects of their current space and material requirements provided by their additional assistance professionals.
