Vpliv deleža sekundarnega aluminija na mehanske lastnosti zlitine 6082

Abstract
Aluminij je v zadnjem stoletju postal ena izmed najbolj masovno uporabljenih kovin saj s svojo relativno nizko gostoto zagotavlja visoko napetost tečenja. Proizvodnja primarnega aluminija je dolgotrajni proces za katerega je značilna velika količina odpadkov in velika poraba goriva in energije. Aluminijeva zlitina 6082 se s svojo sestavo uvršča v serijo 6xxx, ki je znana po dobri korozijski odpornosti in visoki natezni trdnosti. Diplomska naloga obravnava vprašanje ali se s spremembo deleža sekundarne aluminijeve zlitine 6082 spreminjajo tudi mehanske lastnosti in ali zlitina z različnimi deleži reciklažnega aluminija dosega mehanske lastnosti, ki jih predpisuje standard za gnetno aluminijevo zlitino 6082 v litem stanju. V naši raziskavi je bila uporabljena krožna reciklirana zlitina 6082. Z mešanjem sekundarne in primarne aluminijeve zlitine smo izdelali pet eksperimentalnih vzorcev. Ulitki so vsebovali 100 %, 75 %, 50 %, 25 % in 0 % sekundarne aluminijeve zlitine. Iz ulitka za mehanske preiskave smo izdelali epruvete za natezni preizkus in vzorce za merjenje trdote. V vzorcih za merjenje trdote smo preverili tudi kemijsko sestavo s rentgensko fluorescenčno spektroskopijo. Po opravljenih preizkusih smo primerjali natezno trdnost, napetost tečenja, raztezek in trdoto eksperimentalnih zlitin. Rezultati so pokazali, da imajo vsi izdelani vzorci ustrezno kemijsko sestavo, natezno trdnost, napetost tečenja raztezek in trdoto glede na teoretične standardne podatke, ki so bili pridobljeni za gnetno aluminijevo zlitino AA6082 v litem stanju. Najboljše mehanske lastnosti smo dobili za vzorec izdelan iz 100 % sekundarne aluminijeve zlitin. Od eksperimentalnih vzorcev so se najboljše mehanske lastnosti pokazale v vzorcu F, v katerem je delež sekundarne krožne aluminijeve zlitine 50 %.

Title:Influence of secondary aluminium amount on mechanical porperties of 6082 alloy
Abstract:
In the last century, aluminium has become one of the most widely used metals as its relatively low density ensures high levels of flow stress. The production of primary aluminium is a lengthy process characterised by large amounts of waste and high consumption of fuel and energy. Owing to its composition, aluminium alloy 6082 ranks in the series 6xxx, which is known for its corrosion resistance and high tensile strength. The thesis deals with the question whether, in the secondary aluminium alloy 6082, the change of the content of the share also causes changes in mechanical properties and if the alloy with differing shares of recyclable aluminum meets the designated mechanical properties prescribed by the standard designation for wrought aluminium alloy 6082 in cast state. The compound used in this research was the circular recycled alloy 6082. Five experimental samples were made by mixing the secondary and primary aluminium alloys. The castings contained 100 %, 75 %, 50 %, 25 % and 0 % of the secondary aluminium alloy. The tubes for tensile testing and the samples for the measurement of hardness were made from the casting for mechanical testing. The samples for the measurement of hardness were also used for the examination of chemical composition with the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. After the carried out tests the properties compared were tensile strength, flow stress, elongation and hardness of the experimental alloys. The results showed that all the manufactured samples have adequate chemical composition, tensile strength, flow stress, elongation and hardness according to the obtained theoretical standard data for wrought aluminium alloy AA6082 in cast state. The best mechanical properties belong to the sample made from 100 % secondary aluminium alloy. The best mechanical properties out of the experimental samples were shown in sample F, in which the share of the secondary circular aluminium alloy is 50 %.
