Abstract
Pri zasnovi koračnega motorja se je pojavilo vprašanje, kako geometrijske in magnetne tolerance vplivajo na njegovo delovanje. Zasnovana so bila preizkuševališča za meritve gostote magnetnega polja na funkcionalnih površinah magnetov in za meritve točnosti doseganja značilnih položajev koračnega motorja, s katerimi se je preverilo vpliv različnih vplivnih faktorjev na točnost. Raziskava je pokazala, da sta za točnost doseganja značilnih položajev glavna vplivna faktorja trenje v ležajnih mestih, ki je posledica zamika oz. zasuka ohišja, ter zamik izklapljanja napajanja posameznih faz pri večfaznih položajih.

Title:Positional accuracy of a stepper motor with axial magnetic flux
Abstract:
During the design phase of a stepper motor the question of the effect of geometrical and magnetic tolerances on the performance of the motor arose. Testing jigs were designed in order to measure the magnetic field density on the functional surfaces of the magnets and to measure the positional accuracy of distinctive steps if the stepper motor in order to inspect the influence of different influencing factors on the positional accuracy of the motor. The research shows that the main factors influencing the positional accuracy are friction in the bearing locations due to housing shift and rotation and the delay in switching off the supply of separate phases in multi-phase positions.
