Abstract
Vsak sestavni del industrijskega izdelka mora imeti ključne geometrijske elemente izdelane v ustrezni natančnosti. Doseganje usklajene velikosti različnih toleranc zagotavlja sestavljivost delov in delovanje izdelka. S tolerančno analizo ugotovimo, ali so natančnosti dimenzij in natančnosti geometrijskih lastnosti sestavnih delov ustrezne za izpolnitev teh dveh zahtev. V tej nalogi smo izvedli tolerančno analizo zračne reže elektromotorja med statorjem in rotorjem, ki je ključna za njegovo delovanje. Izdelali smo teoretični model za tolerančno analizo reže in rezultate primerjali z rezultati programskega orodja Variation Analysis.

Title:
Tolerance analysis in design of electromotors
Abstract:
Each component of an industrial product must contain the key geometric elements produced according to the required accuracy. When we achieve consistent sizes of different tolerances this ensures the consistency of the parts and proper function of the product. Tolerance analysis enables to determine whether the accuracy of the dimensions and accuracy of the geometric properties of the components are appropriate to satisfy these two requirements. In this paper a tolerance analysis of the air gap of the electric motor between the stator and the rotor was performed which is crucial for proper function of the electric motor. A theoretical model was developed for tolerance gap analysis and the results were compared with the results of the Variation Analysis software tool.
