Abstract
V magistrski nalogi je predstavljen program za izračun geometrijskih parametrov, avtomatski izris geometrije in izračun lastnosti sinhronskih motorjev s trajnimi magneti (SMTM). Razviti program je zasnovan na povezavi dveh programskih orodij in sicer Matlab in FEMM. S povezavo programov je bil uspešno razvit program za avtomatski izračun, izris in analizo geometrije šestih topologij SMTM. V prvem delu magistrske naloge so opisane vse topologije, ki so vključene v razvit program. Za vsako posamezno topologijo so navedene in utemeljene prednosti in slabosti na podlagi pregleda znanstvene in strokovne literature. V drugem delu so opisani postopki in principi za izrisovanje vseh šestih topologij, hkrati pa so podane tudi določene geometrijske rešitve v obliki enačb, katere so omogočale natančno definiranje vseh točk geometrije. Opisana sta tudi dva principa izračunov in sicer princip za izračun izgub v železu statorskega dela motorja in PC faktorja trajnih magnetov (TM). V tretjem delu so opravljeni izračuni in primerjave različnih topologij SMTM ob predpostavki, da je statorski paket pri vseh geometrijah enak, hkrati pa je enak tudi volumski delež magnetov v vseh topologijah. V zadnjem delu magistrske naloge je predstavljen in uspešno raziskan problem valovitosti elektromagnetnega in samodržnega navora. V tem delu je hkrati opisan vpliv gostote mreže na natančnost in hitrost izračuna induktivnosti v programu FEMM.

Title:A specialized software for automatic analysis of permanent magnet synchronous machines
Abstract:
The primary objective of this master thesis was to develop a specialized program for automatic modelling and calculation of properties of permanent magnet synchronous machines (PMSM). The developed program enables automatic modelling and calculation of six different topologies of PMSM. The program is based on connection between the Matlab and FEMM software packages. In the first part of the thesis the advantages and inconvenients of all analyzed PMSM topologies are described based on the detailed review of the literature. The automatic modelling and calculation of the PMSM properties are described in the second part of the thesis. The third part of the thesis includes the results and analysis of the performed calculations of all six rotor topologies. Within the final part of the thesis the problem of electromagnetic and cogging torque ripple are described and successfully resolved. This part also includes the description of the influence of the mesh density on the accuracy and speed of the inductance calculations. The final conclusions are summarized in the last chapter of the thesis.
