Abstract
Testirali smo kontraktilne sposobnosti mišice biceps femoris po trenažnem protokolu na inercialni napravi z vztrajnikom YoYo(TM) za fleksijo kolena. Izvajali smo enonožni upogib kolena. Trenažni protokol je bil v rangih alaktatnega anaerobnega energijskega procesa; 3 serije po 6 ponovitev. Po vsaki seriji je sledil 2,5min doli odmor. Cilj trenažnega protokola je bil delovati na izboljšanje hitre moči. Meritve kontraktilnih sposobnosti mišice smo opravljali po vsaki seriji, s TMG merilno napravo (parametri Tc, Dm, Td). Zanimal nas je odziv merjencev na, dano obremenitev. Pojavila se je potenciacija v določenih primerih tudi statistično značilna z dopustnostjo 5% napake (p<0,05). Nakazala se je centralna utrujenost v odsotnosti periferne utrujenosti. S senzorji smo merili sile, ki so jih merjenci proizvajali pri opravljanju trenažnega protokola. V raziskavo je bilo vključeni 13 merjencev, ki smo jih sprejeli glede na kriterij hitrosti teka na 60m (t<7,5s).

Title:Finding out the efficiency of training process with inertial flywheel device YOYO(TM) in terms of fatigue parameters of muscle biceps femoris
Abstract:
We tested contractile muscle parameters of biceps femoris by TMG – tensiomyography. Measurements were done after each set of training protocol on inertial flywheel device YoYoTM leg curl. The training protocol was designed so that leg curl was always managed unilateral with the same leg (other resting). Zhere were 3 sets of 6 repetitions with 2,5min rest time between each set. We always measured response on both legs. Training protocol was designed in range of anaerobic alactic system of energy production. 6 repetitions were in time range of 11s. With this training protocol, we wanted to improve power and speed and also to see if fatigue appears and which type of fatigue (pheripheral or central). It has been shown in way of central fatigue. We also measured with sensors force production of each repetition. We also want designed protocol which potentiate muscles. Potentiation has been shown some ways statistics significant (p<0,05), sometimes not, but always has been potentiation after each set. There were 13 participants included in the reserch who were recruited according to 60m sprints where the time had to be under 7,5s (t<7,5).
